Driven Birds Expected Bag
250 Bird Day £6,800 -for 8 to 10 guns
300 Bird Day £7,800 -for 8 to 10 guns

Cartridges, morning coffee/tea, rolls, late morning snack/drinks, catered luncheon (including champagne, wine, beer and spirits, afternoon tea - are all inclusive in the above prices.
Price adjustment for more than expected bag - £20 per bird

Syndicate Membership
250 Bird Expected Bag £650 per Individual gun position/day.
Syndicate days and the number of positions per day to be mutually agreed at time of booking.

Payment/Gratuities
50% non-refundable deposit payable at time of confirmation of booking and invoicing by Menie Sporting Estate. Balance payable prior to 1st September. All prices plus VAT. Payment is non-refundable if there is a weather cancellation, or if the client is unable to attend Shoot unless subsequently rebooked to another party whereby a refund would be made, less an administration fee and cost of cancelled beaters/pickers up and any actual loss of revenue on rebooking.
A loader/helper, at your discretion, should receive a minimum of £30 per day. The keepers may be suitably rewarded on the basis of the achieved bag and the quality of the day. Household staff may be rewarded, at your discretion, on the basis of their care and attention.
Miscellaneous
The host should provide the names of his guests and their driven shooting experience in accordance with the Estate Response Sheet. Each guest is to have his/her own Liability Insurance, License to Kill Game and European Firearms Pass / Visitor's Shotgun Permit (if coming from outside the UK). Each client shall be responsible for securing his/her own shoot cancellation insurance. The Estate can assist in securing these items. Our Shoot Contract will be sent for execution following the confirmation of the Shoot Date.
